a. Choose a good quality eggs.
b. Egg Wash and clean the eggs of dirt. Better yet, when using warm water.
c. Drain the eggs that have been washed. Use a cloth so that the process can go faster.
d. Sandpaper evenly across the surface of the egg so that the pores open. When sanding not for too long because the skin gets thinner so that the egg will be more easily cracked or broken.
e. Make dough salting. First make a mixture of ash and salt with a ratio of 1:1. After that, add enough water to form a paste. Besides ash can also use red brick powder.
f. Wrap each egg with the egg mixture evenly on the surface with a thickness of ± 2 mm.
g. Store the eggs in a plastic bucket for 2-3 weeks and put on the open space. The longer stored salt levels will be higher in the eggs so the eggs will be more durable but it will be increasingly salty.
h. When finished clean the eggs and make sure the eggs remain intact and good.
i. If you want longer lasting asindapat egg, egg soak in the solution for ± 1 week. This is done so that the tannins contained in the leaves can cover the pores of the egg shell previously opened due to the sanding process.
j. Clean and boiled salted eggs until completely cooked.
